He has degrees in Middle East Studies and law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a post-graduate degree in international and comparative law from Georgetown University. Luciana T. Ricart has a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, an LL.M. from New York University and an LL.B. from the University of London. Her practice focuses on public international law and international arbitration.
