Stanley Dubinsky is Professor of Linguistics at the University of South Carolina, with expertise in syntactic and semantics. Harvey Starr is the Dag Hammarskjöld Professor in International Affairs Emeritus at the University of South Carolina, with expertise in the study of conflict, geopolitics, IR theory.
