Dr. Tony Robinson, DBA-MIS, is a professor of IT Business at Western Governors University and an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of the Cumberlands. Dr. Robinson has been an IT professional for over 28 years, working in many different roles throughout his career, including leadership roles as Manager, Network Systems and Operations, Director of Information Technology, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. He has published multiple papers on technology acceptance of online learning technologies among college and university students.Dr. Robinson's experience as an educator has included teaching undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. courses. He has served as dissertation chair and subject matter expert on dissertation committees in a Doctorate of Computer Science program and a Ph.D of Information Technology program. Dr. Robinson earned a bachelor of science degree in Systems and Network Administration, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, and Doctorate of Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems from Northcentral University.
