A well-known community leader and local historian, Allen Meyers has given tours of the Jewish communities in the Delaware Valley for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of Gratz Hebrew College in Philadelphia, and he combines a carefully researched text with remarkable images of life in South Philadelphia.
