Robert J. Brym is Professor of Sociology at the University of Toronto. William Shaffir is Professor of Sociology at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. Morton Weinfeld is Professor of Sociology at McGill University, Montreal. All three have published widely in the sociology of Jewish communities.
