This collection of images follows Hendrix's career from the earliest London shows and the 1967 tours to the "quiet period" of 1968-69. Hendrix, who died of a drug overdose in 1970 at the age of 27, continues to this day to top "Rolling Stone"'s list of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time."
