JUDITH HUMPHREY is a communications expert and the founder and former CEO of The Humphrey Group. This company teaches clients all over the world how to communicate successfully in high-stakes interviews, media events, presentations, and Q&A. She has built her career around coaching professionals at all levels on how to create clear and compelling narratives. In addition to The Job Seeker's Script, Judith has authored three books: Speaking as a Leader: How to Lead Every Time You Speak (2012); Taking the Stage: How Women Can Speak Up, Stand Out, and Succeed (2014); and Impromptu: Leading in the Moment (2017). She also is a regular contributor to Fast Company. Many chapters in this book, in fact, began as articles in that publication. Judith strongly believes that if you script yourself clearly and learn your lines well, you will come across authentically and land your ideal position. She knows this from the many job seekers, at all levels, she has successfully coached. When Judith is not writing books or coaching job candidates, she can be found playing her 100-year-old violin or walking her French bulldog. Born, raised, and educated in the US, she lives in Toronto, Canada, with her husband, Marc Egnal. They have two sons.
