Autorenporträt
Stan Cromlish was born and raised in Belmont, North Carolina. He has always been fascinated with history and historical facts; especially The Great Depression and World War II. He enjoys writing non-fiction historical narratives and locally-flavored fiction. Stan has divergent hobbies including fishing, hunting, dog training, and stamp collecting. He has been active in the Belmont Historical Society of Belmont, North Carolina and is currently serving on their board of directors. Growing up, he took part in local Optimist Oratorical Contests and was an Eagle Scout in the Belmont First Presbyterian Church Troop 62. Stan has always made it known that he wanted to study the past to help prepare for the future. He is currently employed as a software engineer for a large telecom company.
