Martin Berka read History at Palacky University in Olomouc, the second-oldest in the Czech Republic. He likes to travel around his native country - the Czech Republic - but also all around Europe. Martin is married to his wife Petra, who has never failed to support him. Their little daughter, Alexandra, unlike her parents, prefers maths but she enjoys reading Dad's stories about kings, queens, knights and strange monsters who lived in old castles a long time ago. One of his hobbies is visiting and studying old castles and their legends, which he has been collecting for many years. He is always pleased to share them with his young pupils during history lessons.
