Theodore S. Orlin is a professor of public law at Utica College and is a human rights attorney. Allan Rosas is principal legal advisor at the Legal Service of the European Commission in Belgium. Martin Scheinin is director of the Institute for Human Rights at Abo University in Finland and is on the Human Rights Committee for the United Nations.
