After becoming vegan in 1995, Anastasia began developing delectable, nourishing recipes to show people how easy and inspiring plant-based cuisine could be. Her recipes are original, energising and delicious. As it becomes increasingly clear that eating a healthy, plant-based diet is good for our planet, our fellow creatures and our health, each recipe in the Kind Earth Cookbook was born from a desire to help make the world a better place. As well as leading inspirational and friendly plant-based workshops, Anastasia also works as a retreat chef, food photographer and video producer. She is the founder of Kind Earth, a website for plant-based recipes, personal growth, connection with nature and all things compassionate and kind.
