. My life has presented experiences that I could never begin to imagine! I have had the honor of sharing the classrooms of students for 28 years. My hope was always for people to be kind and enjoy a simple smile. We have so much to be grateful for and being kind doesn't cost anything! Around us is a multitude of opportunities to share and display. I grew up in Iowa and experienced a family vacation in Florida. That trip changed my life. My dream was to live in Florida at some point in time and in 1992 that came to be! From teaching elementary students, being an entrepreneur for twelve years, working in real estate sales and now writing a children's book, I have learned you can never discount the power of how one person can make a difference.
