My name is Emilio Montes Aguilar. I was born in Mexico in 1974. At the age of twenty years old, I decided to travel to the United States in search of my dreams where I kept training martial arts while working and helping other people along the way to reach their fitness goals. Then I moved to Kansas City where I begin to write my book. Emilio is now learning and cultivating the new way of life; where consciousness and a new world begin to transform his life, as he begins to teach and show people how to lose weight using a different philosophy. Training their mind first, become more spiritual and be able to control their desires.
