Author Kathy Jernigan is a storyteller and songwriter who grew up in south Alabama and now lives in Atlanta. She wrote this story for her nieces and nephews, to entertain them, when they were two and three years old. The Know It All Kitty is a magical character who still entertains and amuses the kids in Kathy's family. A new book, "The Know it All Kitty's Special Dream" is coming out in 2013. Watch for it.
