Kyungbae Chung is Past President, Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs (KIHASA), and National Pension Research Institute. Past President, Korea Social Security Association, and Advisory Committee for the President of Korea. Neil Gilbert is Distinguished Professor of Social Welfare and the Chernin chair in Social Welfare and the Social Services at the University of California, Berkeley and an elected Fellow of the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare. He served as Acting Dean of Berkeley Social Welfare and Vice Chair and Chair of the Berkeley Senate Faculty's Graduate Council. He is the Board of Chair of Seneca Family of Agencies.
