Paola B. Sur is an award-winning author, originally from Colombia. Mother of two, blogger, and mostly a dreamer. She loves fiction fantasy, coffee, and soccer. Her first novel El Lago de los Milagros (2016) (Spanish version) is an Award-Winning Book at the International Latino Book Awards 2017, a finalist in the categories of Best Fantasy Novel, and Best First Book/Children and Youth.The Lake of Miracles (2017) obtained second place at the Latino Books into Movie Awards, a finalist in the Fantasy Category.In 2019 Paola published Shorty Tales (Cuentitos) a collection of short bilingual stories intended to promote multi-language learning through storytelling experiences. In 2021 she released her first Non-Fiction Book, The Anxious Mom Manifesto: 18 Lessons to Control Your Anxiety Monster. An original, provocative, and honest take on motherhood, anxiety, and facing one's own monsters. Published by Morgan James Publishing.She has been featured in publications such as Ser Padres, Mundo Hispánico, and First Coast Magazine, and was the Editor-in-Chief of Muévelo Magazine. She earned a Master of Arts in Communication from Georgia State University in 2011. Currently, she lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and kids.
