Feugang Blaise ist Lehrer, Gutachter und Leiter der regionalen Abteilung für lokale Partnerschaft und Planung bei der regionalen Delegation für Habitat und Stadtentwicklung des Zentrums. Er studierte Stadtplanung an der Universität Yaoundé und der EPFL in der Schweiz.
