Marcos Enrique Ruiz Rivero II (Aviel) was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. He moved to Israel in 1998 after completing his Diploma in Bible and Church Mission from Belfast Bible College in Northern Ireland.He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Israel College of the Bible and Master of Arts in Archaeology (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of the Holy Land in 2000 and 2015, respectively.He is a Licensed Tour Guide from Haifa University. Since 2011 until currently, he has been a professional Tour Guide and has guided numerous people coming from around the world. Aviel mixes his well-founded knowledge in theology and archaeology combined with historical information about Holy Land sites that each tour group visits, engaging and making the Bible alive to them -- hence he is aptly called the "Superguide". He authored and published his first book, "Jerusalem of Gold," that essays the significant and fascinating sites in Jerusalem in 2015. Photographs of these sites that tell a thousand and one stories in themselves, which he himself captured, are also highlighted in this publication.He is also touring the world to preach and teach the Word of God for the sole purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God -- all for the glory of the Father.A professional photographer, Aviel is the father of three lovely princesses namely Liel Adriana, Tahel Violeta and Hallel Andrea and married to Wea-- his lifetime models of love, commitment and passion.
