Growing up in Birmingham gave me a sense of importance, being the second city and all! I needed to be doing things, always in mischief one way or another, managing to charm my way out of trouble, innocence written all over my face. Hidden behind the façade was a little demon. At three-years-old I had delusions of grandeur, after all I was living in a house which was once occupied by Doctor Boddington, pioneer of TB Freshair Sanitoriums. I was unbearable so if I offend in my innocence, I apologise.
