Autorenporträt
Diana T. Sanchez is currently an assistant professor in the Psychology Department at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Her research interests generally focus on how gender and racial norms influence behavior, affect, and perception. Margaret Shih is an Associate Professor at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to arriving at UCLA, she was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Michigan. She studies how individuals negotiate and manage multiple social identities.
