A small colony of humans lay in suspended animation on a far-away planet waiting for someone to resurrect their extinct race. A group of sentient robots have spent two thousand years searching the galaxy for a compatible human race to restore their creators. A 737 airliner full of passengers is suddenly transported across the galaxy. And the four are about to meet in The Last City.
