Autorenporträt
Jennifer Guilday is an English teacher who taught English as a Second Language in Qatar, during the years 2009-2011. There, she travelled extensively through the Middle East and experienced the the Qataris' way of living by walking through the Souks and talking to shop owners as well as the various people in the country. One of them was a famous pearl diver in his day. He shared many of his adventures and gave her information of what it was like to live in Qatar in the early pearl diving days, before the industry was transferred to Asian market. Ms Guilday hopes to travel and continue to write. She resides in the small town of Colonial Beach, Virginia with her dog, Enos.
