Isabel Feichtner is Assistant Professor of Law and Economics at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She also advises the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety on legal questions regarding the reform of International Environmental Governance.
