The LAWbot (Land Air Water Robot) is an assimilation of multiple robots that allows for motion in the air, on land and over water. It is divided into two major projects, a Multicopter UAV that allows for flight and an Amphibious Rover that allows for maneuverability on land and over water. The Multicopter UAV attaches and detaches autonomously with the Amphibious Rover. Control of the Multicopter UAV is separate from the Amphibious Rover, however, both works together when coupled. The Multicopter UAV can also carry other payloads and devices. This book aims to design, model, analyse and fabricate a Multicopter UAV suitable for this purpose.
