The profession of lawyer is one of nobility and dignity, the exercise of which requires the lawyer to respect various obligations. Violation of these legal and regulatory obligations may result in liability. Taking a hard look at the question of the lawyer's liability in its broadest sense raises a number of questions, in particular: what does the notion of the lawyer's liability entail, and what are the legal conditions for its implementation? This book provides a comprehensive answer to this question, presenting the different responsibilities of lawyers and the legal conditions governing their implementation. Finally, the book concludes with a draft of solutions to ensure a better understanding of the concept and conditions of implementation of the lawyer's liability in the Congo.
