For over 18 years, Dr. DiCicco has taught Leadership at Curry College, Milton, M.A. He is the former Campus College Chair of Graduate Business Programs, University of Phoenix, Massachusetts Campuses. Dr. DiCicco is the president of Organizational Management Systems training managers to be more responsible leaders He earned his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Professional Development at Capella University in 2001.
