Gay Matthaei is an interior designer who has specialized in historic restorations and art consultation. She is also a professional photographer. She and her twin sister, Jewel Grutman, have produced an award-winning art film entitled Where Time is a River. Mrs. Matthaei is the mother of three children and lives in New York City. Jewel Grutman is an attorney and a photojournalist. She and her husband maintain an office in New York City but try cases all over the United States. They make their home in Greenwich, Connecticut.
