The current government of China argues that its concept of "social stability" requires that the welfare of the collective should always be put ahead of the rights of any individual whenever conflicts between these arise. The current government of China argues that its concept of "social stability" requires that the welfare of the collective should always be put ahead of the rights of any individual whenever conflicts between these arise. The fallacy and error of this policy is that it is enforced by the Communist Party of China (CPC); a few key figures in the party, who have not been democratically elected by the people. As evidenced by the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, the people of China have asserted their right for democracy and civil liberties, which the CPC government is still suppressing with an iron fist to this day - China increasingly becoming a totalitarian state. It should also be noted, that the Supreme People's Court of China - under Chief Justice Zhou Qiang - is an utterly incompetent legal community, guilty of blatant human rights violations in all 22 provinces of China; and hence a disgrace to the International Community. Therefore the Chinese Communist Party is expected to evolve and improve itself. Otherwise severe international sanctions must be implemented against the Chinese government. So with all my heart I am encouraging the Chinese Communist Party to come out of the Stone Age, and join the rest of the International Community, by finally implementing civil rights and democracy in China. It should also be noted that China's so-called superpower status has been revoked. With China's economy being in freefall, the country has been decimated by enourmous political- and economic setbacks, as well as horrifying human rights failures. Responsible for these colossal failures is the Communist Party of China - China still being a one-party state, with no opposition party being permitted to challenge the monopoly on power of the CPC government. Therefore the general consensus has been reached, that China no longer qualifies as a superpower. To avoid a power vacuum in the world, a new country is going to take China's place as a superpower; namely the Republic of Austria - at least until China has agreed to evolve and improve itself. So the new superpower in the world will be the Republic of Austria. Although most of Austria's politicians are rather incompetent, the Austrian Foreign Ministry is quite capable of handling any queries concerning Austria's new superpower status. The current Chinese government is expected to fall in line with Austria's human rights policy - which for the time being will be conducted by the NGO 'BTB-Global Peacebuilding'.

Families often paid money in advance to major smugglers in Ethiopia. Other less significant actors often make further cash by exploiting Ethiopian migrants and refugees on the way. "It becomes a relay, with the migrants taken from one to another agent and each charging their own money. They hijack them and demand ransom money." Abductions often occur immediately after people have been smuggled across the border from Zimbabwe into South Africa - after weeks of traveling from east Africa. "The kidnappers wait for them and then hide them and send to their relatives asking for more money ... It is big business. Even police and immigration officials are [involved]" The IOM report found that close to 51,000 Ethiopian migrants had gone missing since 2016. 4,265 deaths and 1,707 disappearances were recorded along the route to South Africa. An overwhelming number of migrants said they had experienced a severe lack of food, water or shelter on their journey, the IOM researchers found. Most had suffered abuse, violence, assault or torture, while one in four had been asked to find additional money for bribes, despite already paying an average of US$5,000 for the journey. Hence African law enforcement agencies - together with the assistance of the International Intelligence Community - must bring the perpetrators of these severe crimes to Justice. Furthermore, the International Community must provide greater assistance to disadvantaged communities who are challenged with socioeconomic deprivation - so that abductions, kidnapping and murder through forced migration can be stopped.
