ICT integration in education is viewed to significantly impact students on teaching and learning. There are factors affecting ICT integration as such, this quantitative descriptive research design aims to determine the level of ICT integration in terms of leadership, curriculum, infrastructure, faculty, and environment. The adaptive survey questionnaire from Castillo (2017) was distributed to the grades 5 and 6 of San Rafael Integrated School teachers and students. With the tabulation and analysis of data, it revealed that the level of ICT integration is rarely practiced. Moreover, in local school ICT practice also revealed that the respondents differ significantly in terms of sex and role in school. However, it didn't show any differences in terms of grade level.
