These women were underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection The correlation between hormonal levels (serum and FF AMH and inhibin B) with grading of embryos were done. The study concluded that Inhibin B and AMH hormone levels in serum and follicular fluid tend to be more in polycystic ovaries women than other groups but there are no significant correlation between blood and FF inhibin B and AMH with oocyte retrieval number and embryo grading.
