CRAIG L. CARR teaches Political Theory at the Hatfield School of Government, Portland State University, USA. He is the author of On Fairness , the editor of The Political Writings of Samuel Pufendorf, and has published numerous articles in the areas of moral and political philosophy, and constitutional and international law.
