Religious teaching is very necessary and important part of rehabilitation through this mechanism the brain of prisoners can be wash and after release from the jail environment they can become a good citizen of the society. The most serious impediment in the way of prisoner s rights violation was health care centre in prison. In jail hospital or health care centre no medicine wer available for prisoners.
