The prisoners who belong to rich and respectable families shown dominancy over the other prisoners and the jail authority also pays respect to those prisoners and keeps good relations with them and with the remaining ordinary prisoners their attitude is harsh. One of the reseaons of this discrimination was found to be the bribe that is usually received by jail authority in the form of items or cash. Religious teaching is very necessary and important part of rehabilitation through this mechanism the brain of prisoners can be wash and after release from the jail environment they can become a good citizen of the society. The most serious impediment in the way of prisoner s rights violation was health care centre in prison. In jail hospital or health care centre no medicine wer available for prisoners.
