Born in Italy, Pietro Corsi has authored numerous books from fiction to essays to cookbooks and training manuals for the cruise industry. His first work of fiction (La Giobba) won the Bressani Prize in English translation (Winter in Montreal, Guernica Editions). He now spends part of each year in California, Mexico and Italy.
