Autorenporträt
Christen Conrad started her journey of writing children's picture books in 2020, with her first book, Zester the Zebra and his Missing Stripes. Zester the Zebra and his Missing Stripes is book one in her Forever Zoo Friends Series. The series depicts different animals who become friends and help each other out. Making friends and overcoming challenges is a huge focus in her stories. Her second book in the Forever Zoo Friends Series is, The Lion and the Cricket Play Hide and Seek. In addition to Forever Zoo Friends, Christen also has started Forever Farm Friends Series. With the exception of The Rainbow Pickle Patch, her 3rd published children's book, her books are written in rhyme to help make reading, and learning to read, fun for kids. Christen's stories teach kids to admire themselves through their strengths and differences, and to admire strengths and differences in others, believe in themselves, and never give up on hopes and dreams. Christen has quite the creative imagination and you can see that in her stories. She just wants to see kids smile.
