The scene is set for thrilling account of how ordinary people can become embroiled in high adventure at a time when the wall between east and west is breaking down.

Born 1950 in Sunderland England Currently Resident in Skive, Denmark After university Alfred went on to become a British Merchant Navy officer. After that he went on to be an engineer in Seattle USA, specialising in marine electronics and working for ITT Mackay Marine. From there he went to Wales to work in the same function for the same company. He moved to Denmark in spring 1979 and until pensioned in 2011 worked as an engineer there. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics and Computer Engineering in 2002. In his time in Denmark he has served 25 years with the Danish National Guard, ending as a lieutenant. Also during this time he was a military advisor with the Philippines Navy and Lithuanian Army. After his term with the Lithuanian Army he wrote "Ratcatcher". Between 2011 and 2023 He concentrated his efforts on Fibre Art. You can see the results of those efforts in his book "A Practitioners Fibre Art". Now he is turning his attention to his first literal love, science fiction with the book "Nemesis 2097."
