Felicity Forster has written and edited more than 500 non-fiction titles on subjects such as health, gardening, pets, fine art, music, natural history, Mind, Body, Spirit, cooking and craft. She is an avid journaler, scrapbooker, family historian and photographer. Her titles include The Pocket Book of Dreams, A Father's Journal, A Mother's Journal, and in this series The Little Book of Positivity and The Little Book of Calm. She has a Phd in Psychology.
