Jai Breitnauer is a writer originally from London. She has a WSET level 2 and previously worked in the wine and spirits industry in New Zealand. As well as working a a regular wine columnist for MindFood magazine, and digital editor of NZ drinks title TOAST, Jai has also contributed to a distillery guide. She currently lives in Bristol, UK, with Noah, her architect husband, two teenagers, and Jimbo the rescue dog. When not drinking wine, Jai loves a cup of coffee enjoyed with a good book.
