This book proposes to take stock of the logo evaluation of the University of Kinshasa and the Catholic University of Congo. It can also communicate to more distant audiences such as political circles, etc. In fact, we conducted a semiotic analysis of the coats of arms of two universities (University of Kinshasa and Catholic University of Congo) in order to identify the hidden message in the coats of arms of two universities (connotation and denotation), and in the beginning we made use of the ethnographic method of communication according to Dellhymes and J. J. Gumperz, which allowed us to determine the meaning of the coats of arms of two universities.J. Gumperz, which helped us to interview some students of two universities (UCC and Unikin).
