While TRANSCON Flight 286 was en-route from Edmonton to Anchorage in one of Canada's worst winters, an in-flight emergency forces the crew to crash land. Being almost eighty miles off course, and hidden deep in the untamed Canadian wilderness, it was quickly realized that a rescue was doubtful.
