Mwanje Jolem is born in Uganda East Africa. He is the founder of Not for Profit organization called Impact Health Organization, head quarters based in Juba, South Sudan. Jolem has Bachelors in Public Health, Masters in Global Health and Currently pursuing Masters in International Development. He is a mentor and counselor.
