Edeana Malcolm lives with her husband David Bray in Victoria, BC. Drawing on her love of history, she writes historical fiction. Her last two novels are set in her hometown of Victoria and tell its early history form the point of view of women settlers. Five of her early novels are based on the stories of ancestors, as is Maid of Gold.
