Autorenporträt
Omar Morales (Writer): Omar Morales is a storyteller and writer originally from Oakland, Calif. He has a deep love of comic books – the medium that helped him learn English as a young, first-generation American born of Mexican immigrants. His original stories include CruZader™: Agent of the Vatican, The Lunar Ladies (Scout Comics), The Glutton (Myth Division), and Major Thomás. CruZader earned the Guinness World Record for Largest Comic Book Published in 2014 and is permanently on display at Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey. CruZader also helped Omar earn honors as The CW TV's Comic Book Hero contest winner way back in 2009. He's been at this indie comic book thing for over a decade now - and he cherishes every single thing about the collaboration and creation process! Joel Cotejar (Artist): Joel Cotejar started his career in art in 2001 as a children's book illustrator where he worked for eight years, followed by a couple of years as a 3D animator in video game development. In 2008, he started working as a freelancer until the present. In those years, he met Omar Morales and worked with him on CruZader. In past years, he's worked for more Kickstarter comics like Delilah Blast.
