Shonda R. Bailey, a beauty industry professional, philanthropist, and creative arts enthusiast native to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She is founder and CEO of Saving Women and Girl (SWAG), a grassroots organization dedicated to uplifting disenfranchised women and girls by doing her part with annual blessing bag donations to local shelters. Her love for all things beauty led her to long and fulfilling career within the beauty industry in salon ownership and educating the public about healthy hair practices.
