Shonda R. Bailey, a beauty industry professional, philanthropist, and creative arts enthusiast native to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She is founder and CEO of Saving Women and Girl (SWAG), a grassroots organization dedicated to uplifting disenfranchised women and girls by doing her part with annual blessing bag donations to local shelters.
