As the demographic and economic development differences between countries increase, the migration process towards those regions with higher growth increases and such people tend to work in low-profile jobs. This research work aims to propose a scheme of border regionalization between Mexico and the United States, where migration problems have generated conflicts, proposing at least in theory the formation of macro and micro regions, despite the mistrust of those who are unlikely to reach that stage by the same social, legal, political and economic conditions. The proposal may require adjustments when carrying out a regionalization process, under the scheme of social participation without forgetting the disadvantages that will appear and that can only be overcome with commitment and conviction of those who see in regionalization the path to development and peace by reducing poverty and lack of job opportunities by avoiding the creation of physical walls that do not lead to real and definitive solutions.
