Christian Dölder, born in 1975 in Carinthia, Austria, is an emerging Austrian author specializing in fantasy literature. From an early age, he developed a passion for writing and creating fantastical worlds.Influenced by the works of great authors such as J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Robert Jordan, Christian began crafting his own fantasy saga. He considers himself not a writer but a storyteller.His debut novel, The Chronicles of Wetherid: The Legacy of the Elves, was published in 2024 and has since gained a loyal readership. In this book, Christian invites readers into a richly detailed world full of magic, adventure, and complex characters. The story follows Vrenli, a young villager who embarks on an epic journey to find a magical book and restore the balance between good and evil in Wetherid.Christian Dölder is known for his captivating storytelling and his ability to create vivid and immersive worlds. When he's not writing, he enjoys spending time in Austria's mountains and forests, which serve as a source of inspiration for his stories.Education and CareerChristian has always been a strong advocate of the "learning by doing" approach. He works independently and currently holds a position in the European top management of an IT corporation. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Austrian Forest Protection Authority, where he is committed to preserving forests and promoting responsible behavior among forest users and visitors.Future ProjectsThe success of his first book has motivated Christian to continue The Chronicles of Wetherid.
