Nicole McGonigal holds a bachelor's and master's in education. While teaching, Nicole noticed her students lost their pencils easily and used this opportunity to show kindness and share her own pencils with her students. This caused a ripple effect of kindness and neighboring students would lend their pencils to a classmate in need. Nicole took inspiration from this phenomenon and paired it with her own art skills to create her first children's book. Although Nicole is a self-taught artist, her artwork has been featured in magazines and many art galleries around the world.
