Autorenporträt
Despina Karfis has her doctorate degree in clinical psychology. She always had a desire to write a children's book that would allow children to let their imaginations run wild. Dr. Karfis lives in South Florida with her husband, Bert, and her two children, Eleni and Constantine. She started writing the book with the intention of inspiring her daughter to read, which included character names from their lives. She never thought it would take off and become a book that the world could enjoy as much as her children. She hopes to continue writing children's books and use her children and life experiences as inspiration.
