Haldor Byrkjeflot is a Professor at the Department of Sociology and Human Geography at University of Oslo, Norway. Lars Mjøset is Professor of Sociology and Director of the Oslo Summer School for Comparative Social Science Studies at the Social Science Faculty, University of Oslo, Norway.
