VALERIE FRETT is a former educator of Caribbean descent. She spent her earlier years studying language and linguistics. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading about families, family relationships, and responsibilities. Valerie is a parent of three. Applying some of the insights gathered from her reading, she was able to equip her children with strong family values.
